Home Survey
I qualified as a surveyor in 1979 and have spent my whole working life in surveying both domestic and commercial property. I have also owned and managed a building maintenance company carrying out small works and maintenance projects for local authorities in London. This gave me the practical knowledge to identify building defects and the ability to measure and value them accurately. Most of my professional life has been involved in the repair and maintenance of properties ranging in age from the 18th century to the 1930s. My field of operation covers East Sussex and West Kent. I am a member of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors R.I.C.S.
